Dr. James D. Vander Heide grew up in the southern california area and graduated from the USC School of Dentistry. Dr. Vander Heide has been practicing in Buena Park, CA ever since his graduation. From August 2007 until April 2009, Dr. Vander Heide practiced one day a week as an associate to Dr. Yap. Dr. Vander Heide is now enjoying full retirement and still comes to our practice as a patient.

Dr. Vander Heide is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a member of the Orange County Dental Society, California Dental Association, and American Dental Association.

Dr. Vander Heide enjoys road biking and pigeon racing. He is also an avid USC Trojan Football fan. Go Trojans!
